How it works

observe. link. prioritize. resolve.

OpsOne is a cloud governance platform that unifies cost, security and compliance across AWS and Azure. It connects with read-only access, links related signals into one finding and gives each a severity and a named owner.

The method

four steps, one loop.

The method is named Observe. Link. Prioritize. Resolve. The same loop runs across all three streams: cloud cost, cloud security and cloud compliance.

  1. 01

    observe

Connect AWS and Azure with read-only access. OpsOne reads billing, configuration and audit data.

  2. 02

    link

Related signals become one record, so a cost spike, a risky change and a failing control are one story.

  3. 03

    prioritize

Every finding gets a severity and a named owner. Unowned findings stay flagged until someone claims them.

  4. 04

    resolve

Close each finding with a recommended fix, with owner and status tracked in OpsOne.

Onboarding

read-only onboarding.

Nothing is installed in your environment. Here is the path from first connection to a working board. This is an illustrative outline, not a service-level commitment.

  1. Your team grants read-only access to the AWS and Azure accounts you choose.
  2. OpsOne reads billing, configuration and audit data and builds the first findings.
  3. Findings arrive ranked by severity, each with a suggested owner for your team to confirm.
  4. Your team works the board: fix or accept each finding, with status tracked in OpsOne.

Illustrative.

What we read, what we cannot do and how data is handled are covered on the security page.

Ownership

findings become owned work.

A finding is only useful if someone owns it. Each one carries a severity and a named owner, and is closed with a recommended fix, with owner and status tracked in OpsOne.

OpsOne never changes your environment on its own. Your team makes any fix.
